Assistance Options

Choosing a high-quality early education program is an important decision. The goal of Bethany Early Learning Ministry (“BELM”) is to make high-quality early care and education accessible to all families. We offer a sliding fee scale for families who qualify based on their family size and income.

We also accept Child Care Development Fund (“CCDF”) vouchers and On My Way Pre-K (“OMW Pre-K”) grants. To learn more about Indiana’s financial assistance visit Brighter Futures Indiana.

Belm's Tuition Assistance

BELM’s tuition assistance is available to families who do not qualify for a government childcare voucher or grant.  Approval is based upon household size and gross monthly income.  You must be working at least 25 hours a week to qualify. Parent(s) or guardian(s) will need to provide the number of people in the household and their most recent paycheck stub.

Indiana’s new Build, Learn, Grow scholarship program is offering families of essential workers, tuition scholarships for their children’s early care and education, summer learning and before- and after-school programs. For more information go https://brighterfuturesindiana.org/scholarships/families.
